1. "As Is" and "As Available" Basis
All software modules, drivers, desktop clients, mobile sender utilities, and virtual webcam feeds delivered under Canno-Studio CS are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
While Canno-Studio CS endeavors to provide smooth 4K and Ultra-HD streaming, low latency video relay, and stable virtual DirectShow bridge connectivity, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, bug-free, or zero-latency operation on every computer architecture or operating system build.
2. Hardware, Latency & Network Conditions
Wireless and USB camera conversion efficiency depends directly on several user-controlled variables, including:
- Local Wi-Fi spectrum interference, router throughput, and channel bandwidth (2.4GHz vs 5GHz / Wi-Fi 6).
- Mobile device camera sensor limits, processor throttling, and thermal management states.
- Host PC hardware decoding capabilities, graphics card architecture (NVIDIA NVENC, AMD AMF, Intel QuickSync), and CPU usage.
- USB host controller throughput, cable quality, and driver integrity on the host computer.
Canno-Studio CS is not liable for performance degradation, dropped frames, audio desynchronization, or packet loss caused by insufficient local hardware or unoptimized local network configurations. Please refer to our Setup Guides and Manuals and Software Compatibility documentation for recommended parameters.
3. Third-Party Trademarks & Application Compatibility
All third-party brand names, product titles, and logos mentioned across this website (including OBS Studio, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Discord, Google Meet, Skype, and others) belong solely to their respective copyright and trademark owners.
Reference to these applications does not constitute endorsement, sponsorship, or direct partnership. Canno-Studio CS functions as an independent virtual device driver and bridge tool. Compatibility may change when third-party applications introduce updates, security sandboxes, or altered camera device discovery protocols.
4. Limitation of Liability & Device Safety
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Canno-Studio CS and its developers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Prolonged phone battery heat generation or battery wear resulting from continuous high-resolution mobile camera streaming.
- Interrupted business meetings, stream outages, conference connection drops, or recording failures during live broadcasts.
- Conflicts with legacy virtual camera drivers, antivirus sandboxes, or virtual device filters installed on the host operating system.
- Unauthorized network access resulting from unsecured local Wi-Fi router configurations when using local RTSP/NDI streaming feeds.
Users are responsible for ensuring adequate device cooling, safe battery handling, and standard computer security hygiene during long-duration capture sessions.
