Your video feeds, camera previews, and microphone audio streams are processed exclusively in real time within your local system memory and internal home/office network.
We do not store, intercept, mirror, or upload any visual or auditory content to remote servers, external clouds, or third-party storage centers. You maintain total sovereign ownership over every frame captured by your device lenses.
2. Information We Process
To ensure seamless low-latency broadcasting and driver reliability, Canno-Studio CS processes minimal technical operational data:
- Device Identifiers & Hardware Capabilities: Screen resolution, maximum camera sensor output, supported video codecs (H.264, HEVC, MJPEG), and operating system build versions for driver compatibility.
- Local Network Metadata: Local IP addresses (such as 192.168.x.x) and port pairing numbers utilized solely for establishing point-to-point sockets between your phone and PC.
- Anonymous Diagnostics: Crash call-stacks and performance benchmarks (dropped frame counts, hardware encoder errors) only when diagnostic telemetry is explicitly permitted.
3. Wi-Fi & USB Network Safety
When you link your phone to your workstation over local Wi-Fi or high-speed USB tethering, communication occurs through authenticated local protocol channels. Authentication tokens generated during initial QR-code or PIN pairing verify that only authorized devices receive the virtual video output.

4. Mobile & PC Permissions
Operating a virtual webcam bridge requires specific hardware access grants:
Mobile App Grants
Camera access for lens feed capture, microphone access for synchronized audio capture, and local network permission for LAN device discovery.

Virtual capture device installation permissions and firewall socket authorization for receiving streaming packets without administrative interruptions.
