By downloading, installing, configuring, or operating the Canno-Studio CS virtual camera desktop client or mobile pairing applications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Use and our associated Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company, organization, or educational institution, you represent and warrant that you possess the full legal authority to bind that entity to this agreement.

Canno-Studio CS grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and execute the virtual camera driver and receiver package solely for bridging digital video feeds from supported mobile devices to your desktop computing environment.

• Personal Use: Individuals may operate the software across personal desktop workstations and mobile hardware for remote conferencing, live broadcasting, and video recording.
• Commercial Operations: Commercial workstations and production studios require appropriate commercial tier authorizations as outlined in our license agreements.
• Restrictions: You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute, sublicense, or create derivative works from the software core binaries or direct-capture virtual camera drivers.

You acknowledge that Canno-Studio CS functions as an intermediary bridge converting mobile sensor feeds into standard OS virtual webcam devices (DirectShow, CoreMedia, and Virtual Video Drivers). Optimal execution depends directly on:

• Proper local area Wi-Fi network throughput (5 GHz recommended) or stable USB debugging/tethering cables.
• Hardware video decoding acceleration capability on the host computer.
• Sufficient mobile hardware resources to sustain continuous camera encoding without thermal throttling.

You agree to utilize Canno-Studio CS exclusively for lawful purposes. You expressly agree not to utilize the virtual camera feed to:

• Transmit unauthorized, defamatory, invasive, or non-consensual surveillance video feeds.
• Impersonate individuals or transmit falsified deepfake materials intended to mislead, defraud, or bypass identity verification systems.
• Transmit content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

All proprietary virtual video drivers, low-latency streaming protocols, user interfaces, branding assets, logos, and technical documentation associated with Canno-Studio CS remain the sole property of Canno-Studio CS and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved.

Canno-Studio CS is distributed on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We make no warranty that the virtual camera system will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or without latency variances induced by local network congestion or operating system driver conflicts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Canno-Studio CS, its creators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, device overheating, or broadcast interruption arising from the use or inability to use this software.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time. Material updates will be indicated by revising the effective date at the top of this document. Continued usage of Canno-Studio CS following posted modifications indicates full acceptance of the updated conditions.
